Pope Francis has appointed Rev Fr Miroslav Konštane Adam as Prelate Auditor at the Apostolic Tribunal of the Roman Rota.




Fr Adam is a son of the Province of Slovakia and he is currently the Rector Magnificus of the Pontifical University of St Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum) Rome and a Professor of Canon Law.

Su Santidad Francisco nombró a Fray Miroslav Konštanc Adam como Prelado Auditor del Tribunal Apostólico de la Rota Romana.

Fray Adam es hijo de la Provincia de Eslovaquia y se venía desempeñando como Rector Magnífico de la Universidad Pontificia Santo Tomás (Angelicum) en Roma, donde es también docente de la Facultad de Derecho Canónico.

教宗方濟各於早前委任了Miroslav Konštane Adam為宗座羅馬聖輪法院預審官。

羅馬聖輪法院乃教宗所設，受理上訴之普通法院（法典CIC1443條）。

Adam 神父乃斯洛伐克會省之會士，自二零一二年獲提名任羅馬宗座聖多瑪斯天神大學 校長(currently the Rector Magnificus) ，二零一四年九月獲委任為宗座羅馬聖輪法院院長Pio Vito Pinto 蒙席所領導之簡化天主教法典婚姻訴訟法特別委員會委員，並多年一直為羅馬宗座聖多瑪斯天神大學天主教法典教授。
